NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-000789-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROSA COOK A/K/A ROSA LEE BIVENS A/K/A ROSA L. BIVENS COOK A/K/A ROSA L. COOK; ALEX COOK A/K/A ALEX L. COOK A/K/A ALEX LEE COOK, SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEX COOK A/K/A ALEX L. COOK A/K/A ALEX LEE COOK, SR. N/K/A CRYSTAL COOK; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS, II, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE CARD SERVICES; CONDOR CAPITAL CORPORATION, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BAYOU VISTA REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
THE EAST 28 FEET OF LOT 43, BLOCK A, REVISED MAP OF BAYOU VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
