NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000289ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and TWIN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SOLEIMAN ELGHOSSEIN, VIIRGIE ELGHOSSEIN, UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, TWIN LAKES SUBDIVISION ASSOCIATION, INC., BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18, OF TWIN LAKE PHASE TWO-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 106-108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
