UNIT NO. 107, OF COUNTY OAKS I PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R.B . 1118 AT PAGE 1381, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21 AT PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. a/k/a 7800 Eureka Drive #107, Hudson, FL 34667.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 A.M., on the 4th day of February, 2015.
