NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-003513 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY AND THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GEORGE BROWN JR., DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1 and the East 29 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Grove Height Subdivision, Plat Book 20 page 37 of the public records of Hillsborough County.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
