NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006637 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2013C is the Plaintiff, and DAVIS GENE PORTER, CATHERINE N. ROBITAILLE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 n/k/a DOUG STARNES and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 n/k/a WENDY ALBRIGHT-STARNES, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on FEBRUARY 17, 2015, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash at public sale after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
