NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-1665-WS-J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida. Carl E. Sigvartsen (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Theordore Grande, deceased, et al are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th of January 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1622, Seven Springs Homes, Unit Six, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 14 through 16, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
