Minson also known as James Minson, deceased, Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Randall Scott Morgan also known as Randall S. Morgan also known as Randall Morgan, as an Heir of the Estate of James D. Minson also known as James Dorsey Minson also known as James Minson, deceased, State of Florida, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 29th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
