NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-002424-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Robert J. Sylvester a/k/a Robert Sylvester and Laura Lynn Sylvester a/k/a Laura L. Sylvester a/k/a Laura Sylvester, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 8, MAGNOLIA VALLEY UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 149 AND 150 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
