NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016712 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for J.P. Morgan Alternative Loan Trust 2006-A1, is the Plaintiff and Fawn Ridge Homeowners' Association, Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association, Inc., George L. Perez, Janice Perez, SunTrust Bank, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
