NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-019306-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and James L. McCrary; Unknown Spouse of James L. McCrary; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 34, ALL OF LOT 35, AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 36, GROVEMONT SUBN. NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
