NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17th, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-006710-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ABFC 2005-AQ1 TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AQ1, is Plaintiff and OMAR MALAVE A/K/A OMAR A. MALAVE, et al, are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, WOODGATE OF COUNTRYSIDE-UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, AT PAGES 13 AND 14, OF THE PUBLICE RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 2448 Moore Haven Dr. W, Clearwater, FL 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
