NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-1945-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of February, 2015 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 811, Bridgewater Place Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15236, page(s) 1135 through 1231, and amendments thereto, and according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in condominium plat book 143, pages (s) 32 through 69, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Property address: 115 112th Avenue NE #622, Saint Petersburg, FL 33716. (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
