NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2014, both entered in Case No. 2012-000661 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13, is Plaintiff and THERESA H. KIER; DANA P. KIER; CACH, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, SEMINOLE GROVE ESTATES NORTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 74 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
