NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, and an order rescheduling sale dated, December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-005437-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2003-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-1, is Plaintiff and EDWARD J. INGLESBY, III, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE INGLESBY TRUST #927 U.T.D. 1/7/03, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, OF SUMMIT LAKE GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 927 45th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
