NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, and entered in 2009-CA-001682 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2007KS2 is the Plaintiff and SUSAN MALONE; RONALD MALONE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL LLC; OMNI CAPITAL INVESTMENTS, LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 113 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE WEST (AN ASSUMED BEARING), ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 2, A DISTANCE OF 928.54 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING: FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUN THENCE WEST, A DISTANCE OF 262 FEET; THENCE NORTH 166.31 FEET; THENCE EAST 262 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 166.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
