NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-012977 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6, is Plaintiff, and RUTH PINEROS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 715, THE PRESERVE AT TEMPLE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16546, PAGE 1686, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
