YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a forfeiture action on the following property: FORTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE DOLLARS ($41,859.00) U S CURRENCY, has been filed in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on NICOLE E DURKIN, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33778, on or before 2/6, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, default will be entered for forfeiture of the property
