NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a final judgment dated the 5th day of January, 2015, in Case No.: 14-CA-009493 of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which BAYWAY INVESTMENT FUND, LP is the Plaintiff and URSUA NUFLO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF URSULA NUFLO, PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, AND ANY KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit No. 7908A, Building 33, of PALMERA POINTE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15983, at Page 711 and amended in Official Records Book 16253, Page 455 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and all amendments thereto as set forth in said Declaration.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
