RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-019100 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIFINANCIAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., is Plaintiff, and COLIN CHARLES BENSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The West 1/2 of Lots 14 and 15, Block 2, CRESCENT PARK, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 20, Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
