JEFFERSON; MICHELLE JEFFERSON A/K/A MICHELLE M. JEFFERSON; GEORGE WEBER AS TRUSTEE OF THE 12619 OCELOT PLACE LAND TRUST DATED 7/20/12; CHARTER ONE BANK, N.A.; PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JORDANNA BOND, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CLARK JUSTIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 2/4/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
