NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004606, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-FR1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-FR1 is the Plaintiff, and FRANKLIN SCOTT WILLIAMSON; NATALIE S WILLIAMSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, FIRST ADDITION PARADISE ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 22 AND 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
