Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 5, 2015, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
UNIT 1001, PHASE V, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3815 ON PAGES 1906 THRU 1997 INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3771 ON PAGE 32; AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 ON PAGE 52, AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, ON PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
