NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013008 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HERITAGE BANK, as custodian for the JOE CAMPOAMOR, SR., IRA account, is the Plaintiff and MARIA ORTIZ, PEDRO CASTILLO, BERKYS PERERA, ENRIQUE FERNANDEZ, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, CITY OF TAMPA, HSBC BANK NEVADA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION f/k/a HOUSEHOLD BANK (SB), N.A., MIGDALIA BRASCHI, FORD MOTOR CREDIT CO., FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CACH, LLC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 9, 2015, the below-described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
