NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-007361, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SABR TRUST 2004-OP1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-OP1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DIANNE DRAGICH; SYLVIA STASSFORTH AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DIANNE DRAGICH, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 11 IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 55, LESS THE SOUTH 400 FEET THEREOF, LESS THE WEST 176.50 FEET THEREOF AND LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR ANGEL LANE AND JONES ROAD, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
