NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-000463-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee For the Benefit of the Certificate Holders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-A, is Plaintiff and Michelle O'Toole as Trustee of the 1195 Ridge Crest Courtland Trust UTD 07/18/08, et al., are the Defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block E, Hidden Lake, According to the Plat Thereof, Recorded In, Plat Book 79, Pages 54 through 58, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 1195 Ridgecrest Court, Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
