NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19th, 2014 and entered in Case No. 09-019816-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and JOHN E. MILLER, JR. A/K/A JOHN EDWARD MILLER, JR. A/K/A JOHN E. MILLER A/K/A JOHN EDWARD MILLER., et. al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 9334, PAGE 1010, ID # 35-30-15-04248-000-0500, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 50, BAY PINE ESTATES UNIT 11, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 31. BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM JOHN E. MILLER AND DORIS J. MILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 9334, PAGE 1010 DATED 04/18/1985 AND RECORDED 05/07/1996, PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
