RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 23, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-002945-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and JESSE S. VENABLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit No. 101, Building 10, Phase II as shown on Condominium plat of THE VILLAGE AT TIERRE VERDE, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 56, Pages 63 through 94, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed DECEMBER 10, 1981 in Official Records Book 5282, Pages 1738 through 1835, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
together with the attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
