NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014 and entered in CASE NO. 2010-CA-001812-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein 21st Mortgage Corporation, the Plaintiff and Maria Hanny, et al are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com @ 9:00 AM on the 10th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 8, Building 29, of Hawthorne Village, a Condominium, according to the declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 8611, Page 3509, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, Together with its undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
