NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 24th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005732-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and WILLIAM AUBUCHON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM AUBUCHON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N-8 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 28th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, WATERFORD LAKES TRACT N-8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, AT PAGES 146 AND 147, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
