NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019383-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4, is Plaintiff, and SHIRLEY CONDE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 101, in Building 18 of VILLAS DEL SOL AT MEADOW WOODS CODOMINIUM NO. 5, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 6999, page 2620 and as amended in Official Records Book 7420, page 4122, and may be further amended from time to time, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
