NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 02, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-038350-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and OTONIEL RUIZ; GREGORIA RUIZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 2/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
