NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000143-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee Under the Indenture Relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Gilbert Gutierrez; Unknown Spouse of Gilbert Gutierrez if any; Juan F. Gonzalez; Unknown Spouse of Juan F. Gonzalez, if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration System, Inc.; United States of America; Unknown Occupant(s); John Doe and Jane Doe as unknown tenants in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, AZALEA PARK SECTION TWENTY-SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
