NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001155-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MIRANDA SEGURA A/K/A MIRANDA CAMPBELL A/K/A MIRANDA L. SEGURA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Replat of Colonial Gardens, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book M, Page 63, of the Public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
