NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-012897-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BEN BECKNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, LAKE MARY JESS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
