RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 18, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007375-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and TERRY OLIVER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Condominium Unit 3803, Building 38 and an undivided 7.5% interest in the land, common elements and common expenses appurtenant to said Unit, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of The Lemon Tree-Section II, a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 3384, Page 1777 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
