NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 08, 2015, and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-003471-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2004-25, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-25 is the Plaintiff and ADIEL GOREL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADIEL GOREL; FLCA TROPICAL HOLDINGS, LLC; MIRABELLA AT LAVINA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JESSICA DESALVO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIDGET THORNE are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 2/12/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
