NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 07, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13001615CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE GE-WMC ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and Terry Cox, et al., are the Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, Block E, Unit 5 of Peace River Shores according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 28-A thru 28-B, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Property Address: 374 Hiram St., Punta Gorda, Florida 33982
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
