NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12003989CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-1, is Plaintiff and William J. Collins, et. al., are the Defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block R, Charlotte Park, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 90-A through 90-C of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Property Address: 3114 Wisteria Place, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
