NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 002811, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and SE WEE CHO A/K/A SE WHEE CHO; SOON MI KIM; JOHN TENANT N/K/A RACHAE ACKLEY; JANE DOE N/K/A JARROD ACKLEY; ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 2, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, BLOCK A, OF ARROWHEAD RESERVE AT LAKE TRAFFORD, PHASE ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 94 THROUGH 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
