NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 5 day of February, 2015, at 11 AM at At Collier County Courthouse, in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 21, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA: EXCEPTING THERE FROM THE SOUTH 1237.5 FEET THEREOF.
SUBJECT HOWEVER TO AN ACCESS EASEMENTS OVER, ALONG AND ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
