NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-050849 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and STEVEN J GAGNON; LAURA M GAGNON; THE COUNTRY OAKS LOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 5 day of February, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, COUNTRY OAKS SUBDIVISION PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 15 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
