NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001854-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and MARIAN ORR A/K/A MARAIN ORR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIAN ORR A/K/A MARAIN ORR; ANDOVER SQUARE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROYAL WOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on February 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-103 ANDOVER SQUARE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1394, PAGES 493 THROUGH 592, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
