NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 2, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 12-2393-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AF1, is the Plaintiff and JOANN MALONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOANN MALONE; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC.; SWEETWATER BAY VII AT STERLING OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 2 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 27-202, BUILDING 27, SWEETWATER BAY VII AT STERLING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE “DECLARATION”) RECORDED 5/15/2003 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3291, PAGE 3257 THROUGH 3341, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING: (1) THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 27-202; (2) THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS AND (3) THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
