NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-670 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 4 day of February, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
BEING LOT NO. 18 IN BRYNWOOD PRESERVE, AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 54-57 OF COLLIER COUNTY RECORDS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
