NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in 11-2013-CA-002370-00 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and KEITH D. LINDSEY A/K/A KEITH LINDSEY; BOCA CIEGA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETAY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FTL FINANCE are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on February 4, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1019, BOCA CIEGA VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 909, PAGE 739, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
