NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated November 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-001577-0001 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and RONALD P. KILPATRICK; FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A DAVID MUNDY are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 3rd Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 of the COLLIER County Courthouse, in COLLIER County, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of February 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF NAPLES IN THE COUNTY OF COLLIER AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 06/14/1996 AND RECORDED 06/20/1996 IN BOOK 2197 PAGE 67 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: UNIT 8202, FOREST LAKES IV CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN BOOK 602, PAGE 1181, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
