NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051170 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Joseph J. Lovett aka Joseph Lovett, Linda Lovett, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Service Mortgage Underwriters, Inc., Musa at Daniels Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 235, BUILDING 13631, OF MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
