ROBINSON JR; CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHEVY CHASE BANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PARK PLACE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
