NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 0954, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WAREHOUSE AND HOME HOLDINGS, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company registered to do business in Florida, is Plaintiff, and K-M ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, JEFFREY J. CHIVERS D/B/A JEFF CHIVER TRUCKING, JUST STEEL, INC., A Florida corporation, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF BUILDING “A”, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF BUILDING “B”, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF BUILDING “C”, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of February, 2015, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
