NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 18, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013CA003867AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and Nicholas Kovtuschenko; Unknown Spouse of Nicholas Kovtuschenko; City of Palmetto, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 8, TROPIC ISLES MOBILE HOME ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
